Debbie is a former executive at Liberty Mutual Insurance with expertise across business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, communications, customer experience, and strategy development. Her roles at the company included Chief Customer Officer for Global Retail Markets, US, and Chief Marketing Officer for Commercial Insurance. Both of those teams helped to foster a strong employee- and customer-centric culture to drive the organization to collaborate, continuously improve, and deliver an optimal experience to customers, agents, partners, and employees in support of financial goals.
Debbie joined Liberty Mutual in 1997 as a consultant in the Corporate Strategy and Research group and held several other roles across the company, including Senior Vice President and Marketing Manager for Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation, and Vice President, Marketing Manager for National Market. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, Debbie worked for Deloitte managing audit engagements for Retail and Consumer Product businesses and was one of the first team members in a newly formed Litigation Support practice combining Deloitte audit and consulting colleagues.
She holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Winchester, MA.
