Peter Stahl
General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer
Pete is NDVR's General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for the legal, compliance, finance, security, and talent functions. Before joining NDVR, he was Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and corporate Secretary for Fidelity Investments, where he led a legal team that supported many of Fidelity's core functions, including business development, compensation and benefits, corporate governance, finance, innovation, private investing, and real estate. Pete created and led Fidelity's systemic risk working group as well as the firm's engagements on other regulatory policy priorities.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Pete was an attorney in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Bowdoin College. In his free time, he coaches his daughters' ice hockey and soccer teams, cooks with family and friends, fishes in Casco Bay, reads whatever fiction is at hand, and skis.
